The whole or half hide of the first grade of Vegetable Tanned Vachetta leather. Tanned in Tuscany using the traditional, natural methods. The backside has smooth, compact structure.

This stunning leather has been hand tamponaded and dyed with an antique effect, giving it a unique and rustic charm.
Not only that, but this leather has been embossed to look like wood, adding a natural and organic feel to any project you have in mind.
Cognac leather has spots with aged-wood effect, which may looks like not dyed (this effect is only on cognac color).
The backside is original, has spots from hand painting.

Full hide: about 1.4-1.7 square meters (15 – 18.2 sqft)
Half hide: around 0.7-0.8 square meter (around 8 sqft)

Do I get instructions with the pattern?

Each pattern has a video tutorial with step by step instructions on Creative Awl Youtube channel. You can check how easy things are before the purchase :)

Are you sure you can sew this product yourself?

Our main motto when designing a product is to make sure that even the biggest and most advanced project can be sewn by a complete amateur. What tools do I need?
